This unique event kicked off with an introduction to Bain & Company followed by some tips and tricks on how to ace your consulting case interview. Afterward, participants got the opportunity to put theory into practice during the interactive case-solving session. To end the evening, they had the opportunity to network with Bain & Company consultants and share their thoughts with other bright, ambitious and enthusiastic participants.

This event provides you with the unique opportunity to immerse yourself in the life of an Investment Banker. Team up with bright, ambitious students to tackle a challenging investment case, together with Morgan Stanley professionals that coach you along the way. The most promising students will then be invited for interviews for an internship or a full-time position at Morgan Stanley’s Investment Banking Team in London.

At the BRIKS Summer Event, we officially kick-started the summer season. After participating in watersports during the afternoon, we enjoyed a BBQ and watched the sunset together.
BRIKS London Weekend

BRIKS members and alumni enjoyed a wonderful weekend in London, filled with exciting activities, great food, and plenty of laughs. From exploring the city's famous landmarks to dining together and hitting the dance floor, the trip was a fantastic opportunity to reconnect and create new memories.

BRIKS members enjoyed a fun-filled day of playing padel under the sun. We took advantage of the beautiful weather and hit the padel courts to play matches with each other. It was a great opportunity for members to bond and enjoy some physical activity together.

Bain & Company joined BRIKS for an interactive lecture on "Consulting in Private Equity". As a top management firm specializing in consulting in such Private Equity deals, they shared their expertise with us on the current market environment and their digital approach to it.
Unlocking the power of Private Equity investing

During this lecture, we were inspired by the insights of Steven Buyse, Managing Partner at CVC Capital, and Bert D’Huyvetter, Head of private assets at Degroof Petercam. Bert D’Huyvetter kicked off the lecture by explaining how private equity works as an asset class. After this, Steven Buyse shared his experiences as a Managing Partner of one of the leading Private Equity firms in the BeNeLux.
